Having practiced as a sole trader he was then approached to set up a joint venture with a large regional accountancy firm in 2003. In 2006 he led a management buyout to form Clear Solutions. He is a Chartered and Certified Financial Planner. One of only around 500 in the UK. Stephen is best known for his work with the business entrepreneur and the application of tax mitigation techniques. In addition he has extensive experience advising Trusts and Charities.

Kevin Cunningham Director Email: kcunningham@clearsolutionsifa.co.uk Kevin started his career with the Pearl Assurance in 1986. Subsequently he held various positions with Standard Life and Friends Provident. As an IFA he has worked in a regional IFA practice and a regional firm of accountants before becoming a Director with Clear Solutions. He deals with a mixture of private clients, sole traders and directors of small businesses, concentrating on working with clients who are trying to design their retirement packages. In addition, he works closely with business owners in relation to business protection and key individuals.

Michael Ring Paraplanner Email: mring@clearsolutionsifa.co.uk Michael is a specialist research assistant within the practice. He graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a BA (Hons) in Financial Services in 2003. Since graduating Michael has taken further professional examinations in areas such as investment, equity release, and mortgages.

Beverly Cunningham Administrator Email: bcunningham@clearsolutionsifa.co.uk Started in financial services industry in early 2006, her background has always been in customer services, management and administration covering a wide aspect of service led companies varying from newspapers to solicitors. Her tasks now incorporate supporting the company as it moves forward and managing the client contact systems.
