Within the practice our team hold the Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society (FPFS) accreditations. Our Managing Director features regularly on BBC Radio and has appeared on national television as an expert financial planning specialist. Even our back office staff are more highly qualified than the FSA proposed new minimum standards for advisers. In addition we have a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries providing specific advice on matters such as final salary transfers and structured settlements and a Chartered Accountant specialising in tax matters.
In 2008 we were delighted to be one of only three in the original pilot by the Chartered Insurance Institute for the British Standards ISO 22222 International Financial Planning Standard to achieve the new standard. As a result our Managing Director was asked to be an assessor of the new standard helping to disseminate 'best practice'. This measures the ability to deliver a consistent holistic financial planning service to an extremely high technical standard.
